These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software products ("Software") provided by OpusFlow B.V., including Scan & Attach, Exchange Group Calendar, and Exchange Category Manager. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
OpusFlow B.V. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
2. 30-Day Trial Period
We offer a 30-day free trial for the Software. During this period, you can evaluate the Software to determine if it meets your needs. The Software may have limited functionality or cease to function after the trial period expires, unless a valid license is purchased.
3. Payments and Orders
All purchases of Software licenses are processed by our third-party payment processor, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Intellectual Property
The Software and all related intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of OpusFlow B.V. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Software for any illegal purpose.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Software.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Software.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. OpusFlow B.V. does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that its operation will be uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OpusFlow B.V. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
